Zelenskyy announces a fully ready victory plan for Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported  that the Ukrainian victory plan is fully prepared.

"And today, it can already be said that our Victory Plan is fully prepared — all points, all key emphases are determined, and the necessary annexes with details to the Plan. Everything is worked out. The most important thing now is the determination to implement it."

According to Zelenskyy:

"There is no and can be no alternative to peace, no freezing of the war, or any other manipulations that would simply transfer Russian aggression to another stage."

According to experts interviewed by the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU), power outages will last from 4 to 18 hours daily during the winter.

This is stated  in the corresponding report by the observers.

"This winter will be very difficult. People are likely to face regular power outages across the country. Any new attacks that lead to longer outages could have catastrophic consequences," said Danielle Bell, head of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine.

Bell said the effects of the attacks would be long-lasting and require a comprehensive approach.

"National and international partners must unite efforts to restore critically important infrastructure and hold those responsible for the damage accountable," she said.

The report, based on field visits, interviews with technical experts, representatives of energy companies, local residents, and officials, describes the far-reaching consequences of Russian attacks.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will visit the United States of America next week. This was reported  by Zelenskyy's spokesperson Serhii Nykyforov.

"The President of Ukraine, among other things, will speak at the UN General Assembly, meet with representatives of American defense and energy companies, the Ukrainian community, and hold bilateral talks with leaders of countries and international organizations on the sidelines of the General Assembly.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy will meet with US President Joseph Biden to present his Victory Plan. The Head of the Ukrainian state hopes to discuss the details of this Plan and the support of Ukraine by the United States in its struggle for freedom."

Reuters: The USA is preparing a new military aid package for Ukraine worth $375 million

The United States is preparing a military aid package for Ukraine worth $375 million, which is expected to be announced next week, Reuters reported, citing US officials who spoke on condition of anonymity.

The aid package, which is expected to be announced next week, includes patrol boats, additional ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), 155 and 105-millimeter artillery shells, spare parts, and other weaponry.

MFA: Kremlin prepares strikes on Ukrainian nuclear facilities before winter

The Kremlin is preparing strikes on critical nuclear energy facilities in Ukraine ahead of winter, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) reported , citing data from the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR).

This concerns open distribution devices at nuclear power plants and transmission substations, which are critical for the safe operation of nuclear energy.

"Damage to these facilities creates a high risk of a nuclear incident that would have global consequences. Ukrainian intelligence has already shared this information with partners. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has also been informed," said Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.
