«Points of Invincibility» were opened in Ukraine

Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine has been going on for more than 9 months.  In recent months, the russian federation, using terrorism tactics, has been carrying out missile strikes on energy infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. Russia wants to cause a humanitarian crisis in our country and leave Ukrainians without electricity, water supply and heating on the threshold of winter and cold weather.

On November 23, as a result of another missile strike, most Ukrainians were left without electricity for more than a day.  And in general, thousands of people in different regions of Ukraine have been without electricity, heat, or water in their homes for weeks.

In order to protect Ukrainians from possible consequences, «Points of Invincibility» are starting to work in Ukraine.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, said that the «Points of Invincibility», which began to operate throughout Ukraine in conditions of blackouts due to russian missile strikes, will function 24 hours a day and free of charge as places of temporary stay.

«Despite the enemy's insidious attacks on our infrastructure, we will not give up. «Points of invincibility» began to operate throughout Ukraine. These are centers of safety, stability and warmth, which will function around the clock and free of charge as places of temporary stay», – Zelenskiy said.

«Points of Invincibility» can be both rooms in buildings and large tents. Depending on the conditions, one «Point of Invincibility» will be able to receive from 40 to 500 people at the same time without a limit on the time of stay.

«Points of Invincibility» provide an opportunity for every Ukrainian to warm up or recharge a gadget for free, even in conditions of a long-term blackout in a settlement. Each PI will have a source of heat, water, lighting, internet, power for mobile devices, a place to rest, a first-aid kit, as well as provisions for mothers and children. As the deputy head of the Office of the President, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, reported, later it is planned to equip all PIs with Starlink satellite communication systems.

In addition, in all PIs, you will be able to find out where the nearest gas stations, bank, pharmacy, store, etc. are working.  There will be duty officers at each PI who will help to distribute people and monitor the situation.

As of November 24, more than 3,700 «Points of Invincibility» were opened in Ukraine.
