Zelensky arrived in Germany ahead of «two important days»

On Friday, February 16, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky began his visit to Germany, as he announced on the social media platform X (Twitter).

«I am starting two important days. Meetings with partners in Germany and France, new agreements, and the Munich Security Conference. A new security architecture for Ukraine, as well as new opportunities. We are making every effort to end the war on fair Ukrainian terms as quickly as possible and ensure lasting peace.»

Zelensky will visit Germany and France, holding negotiations with Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron.

On February 17, Zelensky will address the main stage of the Munich Security Conference and engage in a series of bilateral meetings on its sidelines.

According to the statement from the Elysee Palace, during Zelensky's visit to Paris, an agreement between Ukraine and France on «security guarantees» will be signed.
