NYT: US Sends Ukraine Approximately 20 ATACMS Missiles

The US has delivered around 20 ATACMS missiles to Ukraine. One condition attached to the transfer is that they should not be used for attacks on Russian territory.

«After numerous reports that a decision had been made to supply weapons, the delivery was carried out secretly due to concerns that it could be targeted by Russia during entry into the country. Additionally, Ukraine sought to catch Russians off guard. Two Western officials stated that the US has sent around 20 missiles to Ukraine». – as reported  by The New York Times

Russians Hit Post Office Terminal in Kharkiv Region, Resulting in Casualties

A Russian missile struck the terminal of "Nova Poshta" (New Mail) in the Kharkiv region, with 6 reported fatalities and 14 wounded. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky conveyed this information on Telegram .

«Kharkiv region. A Russian missile has hit the 'Nova Poshta' terminal. A regular civilian target. Unfortunately, there are casualties. My condolences to the families and friends! As of now, there are reports of 13 injured. All services are on-site, and the rescue operation is underway.»

Olaf Scholz: Germany will provide everything necessary for Ukrainian air defense

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, during his speech  in the Bundestag, stated that his country will continue to supply weapons to Ukraine and is already preparing a winter package of military aid, including air defense systems.

During his speech, Scholz noted that the announced package will include «everything necessary for air defense».

Earlier, the German Ministry of Defense announced its intention to transfer an additional Patriot anti-aircraft missile system installation, new Iris-T systems, new Gepard anti-aircraft installations, as well as ammunition to Ukraine.

Biden Requests Congress to Allocate Over $60 Billion in Aid

The White House has asked Congress to allocate nearly $105 billion in assistance to Ukraine and Israel, as well as for the security of U.S. borders. This information is reported by CNBC .

The largest request from President Joe Biden in this package is over $61 billion for Ukraine.

He also calls for an additional $14.3 billion for Israel, another $2 billion for the security of Taiwan and the Indo-Pacific region, and just over $9 billion for humanitarian aid.

British Intelligence: Number of Killed and Injured Russian Military Reaches Nearly 300,000

British intelligence estimates that Russia's losses in terms of killed and seriously wounded soldiers amount to around 190,000 military personnel, and considering the injured who could return to the battlefield after recovery, the figure rises to 290,000 individuals. The Ukrainian General Staff reports over 290,000 occupiers killed, with the number of wounded remaining unknown.

The intelligence emphasizes that this figure does not include the Wagner Group and their battalions of prisoners who fought in Bahmut.
