US Intelligence: Russia receives technology from China for war against Ukraine

U.S. intelligence has learned that China is supplying Russia with military technology to wage war against Ukraine.

This is stated in the report of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), which was published by the House Intelligence Committee of the US Congress.

According to US intelligence, "China provides some dual-use technologies that the Russian military uses to continue the war in Ukraine, despite international sanctions and export controls."

"Customs data show that Chinese state-owned defense companies are sending navigation equipment, anti-radar technology, and fighter jet parts to sanctioned Russian state-owned defense companies."

"The intelligence community lacks sufficient information to assess whether Beijing is intentionally obstructing U.S. government inspections in China to determine the destination of exported goods."
